Subscription Terms

These terms cover paid Lateral Desk plans and are part of the Terms of Service.

1. Plans and prices

Current plans and prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars, excluding applicable taxes. Extra seats are billed with your plan.

2. Free trial

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial, once per organization. A payment card is required at checkout to start the trial. The 7-day trial converts to the paid plan, and your card is charged, unless you cancel before it ends.

3. Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically every month or every year, depending on the billing period you choose, and your payment method is charged at the start of each period until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance of any price change, and it applies from your next renewal.

4. Cancellation

Cancel any time from Billing in the app (or by emailing nissim@abramsonlabor.com). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then and won't be charged again.

5. Refunds

All sales are final; no refunds. You can cancel anytime and your plan stays active through the end of the paid period.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails we'll retry it. If it still doesn't go through, access pauses until the payment method is updated.

7. Changing plans and seats

Plan and seat changes are made from Billing and may be prorated. Seat counts are enforced: remove a member or add a seat to invite someone new.

8. Card statement

Charges appear on your card statement as "SNF DESK LEGAL".
